The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the company's social media platforms and marketing activities, and promoting the company’s services to attract clients and candidates.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage office communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and support daily office operations
- Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms
- Create and publish engaging content to promote services
- Monitor online engagement and respond to inquiries promptly
- Support online advertising and marketing campaigns
- Promote the company’s recruitment services to potential clients
- Source and attract job candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to grow the business
- HND or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
