The Communications Coordinator manages all customer-facing communication for Blossom. This role ensures every interaction via WhatsApp, email, phone, or social platforms — reflects our brand voice: warm, polished, and professional. This position is ideal for someone who is articulate, organized, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries across WhatsApp Business, email, phone, and social platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries
- Capture accurate client and order details
- Support enquiry-to-order conversion through follow-up
- Coordinate quotations and internal communication
- Maintain daily enquiry logs and client records
- Submit daily reports to management
- Drive enquiry-to-order conversion through confident product guidance and upselling
- Recommend appropriate collections and custom options based on client needs
- Ability to make informed recommendations without constant supervision
- Proactively follow up on pending enquiries and payments
- Maintain accurate daily sales and enquiry tracking
- Submit end-of-day reports with key insights (enquiries, conversions, issues)
- Track client data (birthdays, repeat clients, preferences)
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (required)
- Well spoken with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in communications, customer service, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, CRM/POS systems, and Google Drive for
- structured record-keeping.
- Professional, discreet, and customer-focused
- Strong understanding of luxury customer experience
- Ability to communicate with polish, warmth, and discretion
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage high volumes of enquiries
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth running of Blossom operations across retail, café, and the company.
- Support communication across all Blossom Group brands
- Understand product offerings across floristry, café, and retail
Working Hours & Availability
This role requires availability on Saturdays and flexibility during peak trading periods, including holidays and special events. Occasional extended hours may be required based on operational needs.
