Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell the Company’s insurance products
- Ensure the achievement of set goals and yearly production targets
- Develop marketing strategies based on knowledge of the Company’s objectives, market characteristics, cost and make up factors
- Submit strategies in line with the overall corporate objectives for the achievement of set targets
- Deliver marketing activities within established budget
- Establish and build business relationships with existing and potential clients in order to protect existing books of business
- Provide market intelligence information in a timely manner to enable the Company react to changes in the business
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain existing relationships in order to protect existing books of business.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products.
- Communicate renewal premiums to clients and follow up to ensure renewal of policies.
- Provide feedback to the Operations, Finance, Business Development, ICT Departments to ensure that quality service and underwriting standards are maintained to achieve client satisfaction
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Social Science Degree.
- Minimum of 4years relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
