Key Responsibilities
Sales Functions
- Identify and prospect new clients (individuals, corporate organizations, schools, and groups).
- Promote and sell travel packages (local tours, international trips, visa assistance, hotel bookings, flights, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Marketing Functions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
- Manage social media platforms and online travel listings.
- Must make corporate visits and engage in marketing activities
- May be required to engage in marketing activations
- Conduct market research on trends and competitors.
- Organize and participate in travel fairs and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with partners to create attractive packages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in sales/marketing (preferably in travel or hospitality)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of travel booking systems
- Digital marketing skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational skills
