What You Will Do
- Participate in TikTok team live streams and performances
- Learn and perform team dances and individual dance routines
- Interact naturally and confidently with viewers during live streams
- Attend company training, rehearsals and performance assessments
- Work closely with other performers, trainers and the live-streaming team
- Maintain good energy, appearance and professionalism during work
Who We Are Looking For
- Male or female, 18–28 years old
- Confident, energetic, positive and comfortable appearing on camera
- Interested in TikTok, dancing, entertainment, performance or social media
- Good sense of rhythm and body coordination is an advantage
- Dance or performance experience is an advantage, but NOT required
- Willing to learn and participate in company training
- Responsible, punctual and a good team player
- Able to work full-time in Accra
Working Schedule
- Full-time position, 8 working hours per day
- Working hours are arranged according to the company’s live-streaming schedule
- Specific working hours may be adjusted as the company develops
- Applicants should be flexible and able to follow the company’s work schedule
