Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Engage with customers, respond to enquiries, and provide relevant information.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach activities.
- Identify potential customers and help generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS) certificate or A-Level qualification.
- Must reside in or around Tema.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Fluency in Twi, Ga, and Ewe is an added advantage.
