Regional Sales Manager

• Identify and develop large distributors, wholesalers, supermarket groups and key accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with major distributors
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Contact potential distributors through phone, WhatsApp, email and personal visits
• Arrange business meetings and negotiate cooperation, pricing and sales terms
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and distributor development strategies
• Follow up leads from initial contact through negotiation and order placement
• Monitor distributor performance, orders and market coverage
• Support distributors with product promotion and market development
• Develop new territories and continuously expand the company's distribution network
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management
• Achieve agreed sales and distributor development targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in FMCG, consumer goods, sanitary products or distributor development is preferred
• Proven experience in developing large distributors or wholesale customers
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Confident in approaching and meeting senior decision-makers
• Good understanding of the Ghanaian FMCG market and distribution channels
• Able to travel within Ghana when required
• Target-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
• Good English communication skills
• A strong existing business network will be an advantage
