Job summary
Mayfair Bio Tech Ltd. is looking for 2 energetic and results-driven team members to join our growing team in Ghana. The Social Media & Live Streaming Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and increasing brand visibility through social media platforms and live-streaming activities. The role involves creating engaging content, hosting and managing live-stream sessions, promoting products and services, engaging with viewers and potential customers, generating leads, and converting online interactions into sales. The successful candidate will use creativity, strong communication skills, and knowledge of social media trends to build customer engagement, promote products effectively, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts
- Create engaging videos, posts and promotional content for our sanitary pad brand
- Conduct live streaming to introduce our products, brand and promotions
- Present product features and communicate with customers during live sessions
- Identify and develop potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers and business customers
- Contact potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media
- Follow up leads generated from social media and live streaming
- Maintain customer records and track sales opportunities
- Support the sales team in customer development and order follow-up
- Visit customers when necessary and assist with market development
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking during live streams
- Experience in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or live streaming is an advantage
- Sales, marketing or customer development experience is preferred
- Confident, energetic and willing to communicate with customers
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets
