Marketing Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer with at least two years of experience, including field marketing, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The successful candidate will support marketing campaigns, promote products, build strong customer relationships, and drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities, promotions, and product activations.
- Visit retail outlets, distributors, and potential customers to promote company products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Monitor product visibility, availability, and brand positioning at points of sale.
- Support sales teams in achieving marketing and sales targets.
- Prepare reports on field activities, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven field marketing experience and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of market trends, product promotion, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.
- Must be proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
