Job summary
As the Sales Executive, you are in charge of projects from initiation to close, setting monthly and quarterly goals for the team on new markets/clients. You are also tasked with seeking sponsorship/partnership for in-house projects, identify new business opportunities, client services and management per the sales target set out by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seek Sponsorship/Partnership for in house projects.
- Sell company’s services to potential clients within an assigned target industry.
- Increase retainer spending by proposing newer concepts to portfolio of (retainer) accounts.
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Liaise with Senior Executives to digest, organize &coordinate brainstorming exercises on client’s briefs.
- Liaise with Senior Executives to prepare event and budgetary proposals on behalf of the agency to client.
- Tracking costs to deliver projects within budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams and activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Act as the liaison for the agency ensuring all clients requests and demands are met.
- Reporting regularly to management and clients.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders.
- Perform any other allied duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills & Qualities Required:
- Business & commercial acumen.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Initiative and good decision-making skills.
- Good networking skills.
- Analytical skills necessary to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead project team.
- Mathematical and budgeting skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to multiple task
- Excellent use of project management and Office tools (E.g. Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Attention to detail.
