We've been part of Madina Market for 15 years. Our customers know us. Three locations, deep community roots, and a brand people trust. We launched on TikTok/Instagram two weeks ago and are already driving sales from new customers — we want someone to help us grow that fast.
We're looking for one exceptional content creator who is deeply plugged into TikTok and Instagram culture, understands what makes people stop and watch, and can create fast, sharp, high-quality short-form content that makes a practical retail business feel modern, relevant, and worth following.
This role is for someone who combines creative instinct, editing speed, strong taste, and real social media understanding — and who wants to turn that into content that drives new customer sales, not just views.
What we're looking for:
- Deep, current understanding of TikTok and Instagram — you use these platforms daily and understand what converts, not just what gets views
- Excellent short-form video editing skills — fast, clean, no quality sacrifice
- Strong eye for hooks, pacing, captions, and structure
- Experience creating content that has visibly helped a brand grow or driven customer action
- Creativity you can apply in a real, active retail environment
- Confidence to direct people during filming and bring ideas to life in the shop
- Based in Accra — Madina or nearby strongly preferred
What this role involves:
- Creating and executing standout content ideas for TikTok and Instagram
- Shooting high-quality short-form videos in and around the shop
- Editing engaging videos with strong hooks, clean pacing, and sharp presentation
- Turning everyday store activity — products, prices, restocks, customers — into compelling content
- A minimum of 15 posts per week across both platforms
- Helping build brand consistency, online visibility, and audience growth
- As the channel grows, so does this role. We want someone who wants to grow with us — not just post regularly.
