The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth and marketing execution across our portfolio of e-commerce and logistics businesses. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can combine strategy, execution, analytics, and coordination to drive measurable business growth. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, vendor growth, campaign management, and overall marketing performance across multiple brands.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Drive customer acquisition, vendor onboarding, and brand growth
- Coordinate launches, activations, promotions, and partnerships
- Track and optimize CAC, conversion ratesd, ROAS, and campaign performance
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment
- Manage content direction, campaign calendars, and marketing execution
- Supervise marketing specialists, vendors, and external creatives/agencies
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth strategies
- Experience managing campaigns with measurable business outcomes
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and project management capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and brands simultaneously
- Experience in startups, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or tech businesses is an advantage

- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics / Firebase
- CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Adobe tools or similar
