Imperial Eye Care Centres is looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. You will support the marketing efforts for our nationwide network, helping us bridge the gap between our world-class clinical services and the communities that need them. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will learn the business of healthcare from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities
- Branch Support: Work closely with branch managers across our 20+ locations to execute local promotional activities and improve visibility.
- Outreach Coordination: Assist in organizing community eye screening events and health fairs to engage potential patients.
- Content Creation: Help manage our social media presence by capturing stories from our clinics and sharing eye health tips.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from patients and monitor local competitors to help refine our growth strategies.
- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing databases and track the success of various campaigns using our internal systems.
- Relationship Building: Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with local community leaders and corporate partners to promote our services.
Requirements
Educational & Experience Standards
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (National Service Personnel with exceptional drive are encouraged to apply).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Prior internships in sales, marketing, or healthcare are a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Core Competencies
- High Energy: You are a "people person" who enjoys being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and at least one local language (Twi, Ga, or Fante preferred).
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across different environments, from our urban flagship centers to our rural outreach clinics.
- Organized: Ability to handle multiple small tasks at once without losing focus.
- Integrity: As a healthcare representative, you must maintain the highest level of professional ethics.
