Job summary
The furniture department’s Sales and marketing manager is responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations in addition to managing staff, the sales and marketing manager’s job responsibilities include development and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies to ensure that these responsibilities are met

Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing sales and marketing strategies and communicating job expectations by analyzing gap, planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions
- Responsible for managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and that monthly sales targets are met
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information
- Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Provides information and strongly participates in different bids
- Manage, lead, and understand the company’s advertising and promotion plans in order to accurately explain them to customers and sales staff.
- Provide knowledge of merchandise to customers by explaining complex features and difference between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers
- Provide superior customer service and support to the production system to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales
- Assess the SWOT analysis of the internal and external sales and marketing environment of the company
- Train (Supervise) and motivate sales staff to ensure that optimal levels of customer engagement are met
- Achieves marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Requirement
- 1st Degree in Marketing or HND in marketing
- Female not more than 28 years.
- 1-2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing
