Susu Coordinator Reporting to the Manager Operations, the successful candidate shall be responsible for the Susu Activities of the Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervision of the Susu programme, including monitoring of the activities of all Susu Staff and evaluate their performance to identify areas of improvement
- Review and submission of periodic activity reports to the Manager, Operations and ensuring compliance with the Susu policy
- Community outreach: Engage with the community to promote Susu Scheme and raise awareness about its benefits
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by Management.
Job requirements & Qualifications
- At least first Degree in Marketing
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Rural Banking
- Must be conversant with T24 application
- Working in similar position will be added advantage

- Community mobilization and outreach skills
- Monitoring and evaluation skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good written and oral communication skills
