Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Officer based in Accra, Ghana. The Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research and an understanding of market trends and analytics
• Strong knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Proven expertise in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
