Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in Accra to lead our online promotion efforts. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns specifically on Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and maximizing our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Branding & IP Development: Develop, shape, and maintain a strong, trustworthy "brand persona" (IP) for key company representatives or experts. Strategize and guide content to build authority and an authentic connection with the target audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Content, Copywriting & Scripting: Write compelling, high-converting English ad copy and engaging video scripts tailored to the brand IP. Collaborate to source, design, or direct visual assets (especially short-form videos and images) for both organic presence and paid advertisements.
- Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, actively adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and overall ROI.
- A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B tests on ad creatives, copywriting, audience segments, and IP-driven content formats to identify the most effective combinations for lead generation.
- Tracking & Analytics: Ensure proper setup of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking. Analyze campaign data to generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Market Strategy: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies relevant to our target demographic to keep the brand persona relevant and impactful.
Qualifications and Experience
- Currently residing in Accra, Ghana.
- [1-3] years of hands-on experience directly managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting (Custom & Lookalike audiences), and retargeting strategies.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Competitive salary: 4500 GHS + Bonus.
