We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Sales Executive to drive product sales through live streaming on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other social commerce channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live sessions, engaging audiences in real time, demonstrating products, and converting viewers into customers. This role requires strong on-camera confidence, persuasive communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and online consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Live Streaming & Product Sales

  • Host live sales sessions on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Respond to viewer comments, questions, and objections in real time.
  • Drive urgency through promotions, limited-time offers, and flash sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets during live sessions.


Content Planning & Preparation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live session themes and promotional calendars.
  • Prepare scripts, key selling points, and product demonstrations before going live.
  • Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, live-selling trends, and competitor strategies.


 Audience Engagement & Community Building

  • Build and maintain an active and loyal online community.
  • Encourage shares, likes, and engagement during live sessions.
  • Follow up with potential customers via DMs where necessary.
  • Maintain a positive brand image and professional online presence.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor live analytics including viewer count, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
  • Provide post-live reports highlighting sales performance and improvement areas.
  • Suggest strategies to optimize future live sessions.


Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 1–3+ years of experience in live selling, social media sales, retail sales, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets (online or offline).
  • Experience hosting live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms is highly preferred.


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and social commerce tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting, camera setup, and live-stream equipment.


Skills & Competencies

  • Confident and charismatic on camera.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Quick thinking and ability to handle objections live.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
  • Strong multitasking skills (presenting while reading/responding to comments).
  • Trend-aware and creative in promoting products.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue generated per live session / Conversion rate (viewers to buyers).
  • Audience growth and engagement rate / Customer retention and repeat purchase


Working Conditions

  • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (based on peak engagement times).
  • Studio-based setup with proper lighting and equipment.

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission on sales.
