Social Media & Content Creator (Spa / Salon)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories highlighting treatments, transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, staff features, and client experiences.
• Develop engaging captions, call-to-actions, and hashtags aligned with the spa/salon brand voice.
• Capture before-and-after content (with client consent) for services such as hair, nails, facials, massages, and body treatments.
• Edit and enhance content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Create promotional content for offers, packages, seasonal treatments, and special events.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Schedule content using social media management tools.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Engage with followers, repost user-generated content, and build an online community.
• Monitor trends, viral formats, and beauty/wellness content to keep posts fresh and relevant.

Branding & Aesthetics

• Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic that reflects relaxation, luxury, wellness, and professionalism.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and service standards.
• Work closely with spa/salon managers and therapists/stylists to plan content.

Marketing & Growth

• Collaborate on social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, bookings, and client retention.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics.
• Support influencer collaborations, promotions, and giveaways.

Qualifications & Skills

•  Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Strong photography and short-form video skills.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging captions.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook algorithms and trends.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a spa/salon environment and interacting with clients and staff.

Education & Experience

• Diploma, degree, or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience or a strong portfolio of beauty/wellness content.
