Marketing Executive
Job summary
The Marketing Executive will support the execution of LEXTA’s marketing activities across all media channels. The role involves managing advertising campaigns, overseeing social media pages, coordinating brand ambassadors, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across TV, radio, print media, and outdoor advertising (billboards). The Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team to implement integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Media Management
- Coordinate and manage TV and radio advertising campaigns.
- Liaise with media agencies, production teams, and broadcasters.
- Track and report media performance.
Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s social media pages.
- Plan content, post regularly, and engage with followers.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities.
Brand Ambassador & Influencer Management
- Recruit and manage brand ambassadors and influencers.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and deliverables.
- Track performance and generate reports.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support development and rollout of annual marketing strategy.
- Assist with integrated campaigns and market research.
Print Media & Outdoor Advertising
- Manage design and placement of print advertisements.
- Oversee billboard placements and updates.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain marketing materials, contracts, and campaign files.
- Support budgeting and cost control.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Media & Advertising Performance
- Achieve 95% on-time airing of TV and radio ads.
- Achieve targeted reach and frequency KPIs per campaign.
Social Media Performance
- Achieve monthly growth targets in followers and engagement.
- Ensure consistent weekly posting schedule.
Brand Ambassador Management
- Ensure 100% contract compliance from ambassadors/influencers.
- Deliver Ambassador KPIs (content delivery, visibility, engagement).
Campaign Execution & Quality
Execute all campaigns within approved timelines and budgets.
Print & Billboard Management
- Ensure 100% accuracy and timely renewal of all billboard placements.
- Maintain updated and high-quality print materials.
Reporting & Administration
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on time.
- Maintain proper documentation and vendor consistency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in marketing, media coordination, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and media management.
- Experience managing influencers or brand ambassadors preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
