Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the marketing and merchandizing plan
  • Execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, TV, and traditional marketing according to the plan created and confirmed by office team.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Help in conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends collaborate with product teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
  • Management of the promotional calendar
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc)
  • Interface with local agencies and service providers.
  • Mange relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Benchmark, studies and analyzes consumer behaviour.
  • Help in analysis of marketing data and KPIs (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc) to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Help in development and management of marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate and supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay-up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continually optimize marketing efforts.
  • Help in monitoring of the results and impacts of campaigns (ROI)
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Implementation of trade marketing operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Social Media Engagement: Monitor and assess the level of interaction and engagement with company’s social media content, including likes, shares, comments and follower growth.
  • Increase in footfall: Track the number of visitors to company's stores or websites attributed to marketing initiatives.
  • Average Response Rate to Campaigns: Evaluate the percentage of target audience members who respond to marketing campaigns, such as email promotions or advertisements.
  • Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of leads or prospects that ultimately make a purchase or complete a desired action.
  • Budget Management: Ensure that marketing expenditure remains within budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI.
  • Brand Strength & Credibility: Access brand perception, awareness, and credibility through surveys, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI): Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts by evaluating the revenue generated compared to the cost of marketing activities.
  • Sales Revenue: Measure the income generated from sales. It’s crucial to track how marketing efforts are translating into actual sales.
  • Customer Retention Rate: The percentage of customers who remain engaged with the brand over a certain period. High retention rates often indicate effective loyalty programs and customer satisfaction.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measures customer loyalty and satisfaction by asking customers how likely they are to recommend the brand to others. A high NPS indicates satisfied customers and strong brand loyalty.
  • Market Share: Indicates the brand’s sales volume as a percentage of total market sales. This KPI helps in understanding the brand’s position in comparison to competitors.
