Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier and receptionist to join our team. This position combines financial responsibilities with customer service at the front desk. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions while providing excellent service to visitors and clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions, cash/cheque deposit, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
- Welcome visitors and clients, providing information and guidance.
- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling for meetings.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with other departments to support various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience relates to cashier, or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus
