Manages staff scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships while enforcing health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Drives revenue through effective marketing, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar & restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate a friendly front-of-house team
- Ensure fast, quality service and happy customers
- Manage stock, cash, and basic administrative records
- Support fun promotions and activities that bring people together
Requirements:
- Experience running or supervising a bar or local eatery
- A positive, energetic personality and strong leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
- Flexibility with working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Social media marketing skills is a plus
