Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Operations in supervising daily operational activities.
- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations, AML, and KYC requirements.
- Provide operational support and guidance to branches.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper records.
- Assist in improving operational processes and efficiency
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years banking experience, preferably in operations.
Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of banking operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
