Our growing hotel in the Volta Region seeks a General Manager to oversee all operations and drive profitability while championing local culture. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring guests receive excellent service. They manage all departments, supervise staff, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly and profitably. The role includes handling budgets, improving revenue, maintaining service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager also leads and motivates the team to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations - front office, housekeeping, Food and Beverage, sales and revenue
- Hire, train, mentor a team of 60-80; foster a service‑first culture
- Own budgeting, Profit and Loss, and cost‑control with monthly owner reporting
- Ensure guest experience standards, Quality Assurance, and health and safety compliance
- Build relationships with community partners and regional tourism stakeholders
Ideal profile
- 5 years in senior hotel leadership (General Manager or Assistant General Manager), boutique/resort experience a plus
- Solid grasp of Property Management System, revenue management, and Food and Beverage operations
- Ghanaian or ECOWAS citizen with work authorization; readiness to live in region
- Proven people developer, calm problem solver, fluent English; local language skills valued
