Job summary

Kelandrews Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking proactive and results-driven Relationship Managers to join its growing field team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients while promoting and demonstrating the company’s innovative energy solutions. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage homes, offices, schools, and other institutions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in field outreach activities to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Educate households, businesses, schools, and institutions on the benefits of the company’s energy solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Identify and connect interested clients with the company for product acquisition and services.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback from the field to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Achieve assigned outreach and client engagement targets.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • A tertiary degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Individuals with strong communication, marketing, or interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to confidently engage diverse audiences and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven.
  • Willingness to work in field-based environments and interact directly with clients.
