Activation Specialist
Job summary
DoAm is a funded Ghanaian fintech startup building trust infrastructure for skilled artisans. We are hiring our first Activation Specialist to onboard artisans across Accra face-to-face. The Activation Specialist is our most important first hire. You are the person who makes DoAm real for the artisans of Accra — sitting with master electricians in Spintex, tailors in Kantamanto, and masons in Madina, and turning a digital product into something they trust enough to stake their livelihood on. This is not a desk job. This is community organizing, trust-building, and field execution at the highest level.
