Job summary
The Officer/Associate Business Development is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. The role involves market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, and assisting in negotiations to secure new partnerships and contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic plans, track sales performance, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting client business analysis and identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
- Identifying new business opportunities/value propositions for D&B.
- Conducting periodic research on market trends.
- Managing new opportunities for Dun & Bradstreet.
- Identifying the relevant training to D&B’s customers and marketing the training identified.
- Conceiving and organizing events/activities to launch new products and promote the company's brand.
- Serving as second level point of contact on dispute resolution i.e. provide clarification on content of credit information reports.
- Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations
- Preparing the agenda in advance, assisting with and providing research/background information, content development and creation of presentations for customer training.
- Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents on customers’ monthly data quality issues
- Any other task as assigned by the line manager & management.
Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Effective written, verbal, presentation, listening communication skills.
- Effective Analytical and problem solving & decision-making skills.
- Good computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be proactive and can work with very minimal supervision
- Must be a team-player & be flexible tp a diversified working environment.
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (from specified universities)
