Job summary

My Gadget Direct is seeking sales-driven and highly visible Branch Managers to oversee our Dansoman and Kasoa branches. This role combines retail branch management, hands-on selling, team leadership, and active brand representation on social media. The ideal candidate is confident leading a retail team, closing sales in-store, and appearing on camera for live sales, product demonstrations, and promotional content across our social media platforms.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

Branch & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth store performance
  • Supervise, motivate, and manage branch staff
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Monitor staff productivity and sales performance


Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive in-store sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Actively sell phones, gadgets, appliances, and accessories
  • Lead by example through hands-on selling and customer engagement
  • Develop strategies to increase walk-in and repeat customers


Stock & Reporting

  • Manage inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention
  • Ensure accurate daily sales and stock reporting
  • Work closely with management on restocking and performance updates


Customer Experience

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business


Brand Representation & Social Media

  • Represent My Gadget Direct as the face of the branch, both in-store and online
  • Appear on company social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for:
  • Live online sales
  • Product demonstrations
  • Short promotional videos (reels, stories, clips)
  • Confidently engage audiences during live sessions to drive online sales


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail management (electronics/gadgets preferred)
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Confident on camera with basic understanding of social media selling
  • Comfortable hosting live sales and creating simple promotional content
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work Monday – Saturday
  • Based in or willing to work in Dansoman or Kasoa
