Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source suitable land opportunities across assigned areas
- Engage landowners, traditional authorities, and community stakeholders
- Conduct preliminary land assessments and collect relevant information
- Support negotiation and acquisition processes
- Travel within the Greater Accra Region as required
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports
- Represent the organization professionally and ethically
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school graduate or university dropout
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- African-conscious with a strong understanding of local context
- Proven travel experience
- Demonstrated track record of social impact or volunteerism
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in fieldwork, community engagement, sales, projects, or related roles
Salary: 2,000 per month (Milestone achievement bonuses)
