Job summary
A goal-oriented and competent professional to take charge of developing and implementing Marketing and Business Development strategies for our various products/services; A marketing executive familiar with both Data and Strategy as well as Web Design and Multimedia Production. The ideal candidate understands the "Trader’s journey"—from the complete novice looking for education; the seasoned pro seeking tight spreads and deep liquidity, to the investor seeking to make returns from the Market but wants nothing to do with the Charts. The Marketing & Business Development Strategist shall be responsible for building brand Authority and Desirability, driving high-quality Lead generation, and increasing the lifetime value (LTV) of our global client base through the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.

Growth Strategy & Funnel Management
- Vertical-Specific Campaigns- Develop tailored marketing funnels for:
- Self-Traders: Highlighting platform stability, competitive spreads, and execution speed.
- Copy Trading: Promoting "Invest like a Pro" narratives and managing social proof.
- Academy: Positioning the academy as the "bridge to success" to acquire top-of- funnel leads.
- High-Performance Landing Pages: Design and maintain specialized landing pages for promotions, bonuses, and educational webinars.
- UI/UX Oversight: Ensure the website journey from "Visitor" to "KYC Verified" is seamless, intuitive, and visually elite.
- Technical Maintenance: Manage CMS updates (WordPress/Webflow) and ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices.
- Static Assets: Create all visual collateral including Google Display banners, social media posts, and PDF trading guides/ebooks.
- Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-impact video content, including:
- Educational Content: Polishing Academy lessons and tutorials.
- Ads: Short-form, high-energy video ads for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Platform Walkthroughs: Visual guides on how to use our Copy Trading interface.
- Visual Consistency: Maintain a premium "FinTech" aesthetic that builds trust and authority.
- Regulatory Design: Ensure all creative assets (stills and video) include necessary risk warnings and meet regional compliance standards.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, and Customer Service to ensure marketing and business development initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Educational/Professional qualification in Marketing; Business Development or relevant field, with a minimum of 4-5 years professional / industry experience
- Previous experience as a Marketing Strategist/ Business Development Manager within Retail Forex, CFD brokerage, or Crypto.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools, including Market Study, Data Analytics, Web Design, Product Branding, Visual Communication Software, social media best practices and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Ability to design and create content {Still graphics and videos} that generates high quality Leads.
- Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio for in-house video production.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering a positive ROI.
- Experience successfully managing multiple-brand portfolios and multi-layer campaigns.
- Agility: The ability to pivot from analyzing CPA data to editing a video testimonial in the same afternoon.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both web design projects and video editing samples (specifically for financial services).
- Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
- Web: Expertise in WordPress (Elementor/Divi) or Webflow; basic understanding of TML/CSS.
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (Pro).
- Marketing: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce).
