Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training where needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage schedules, attendance, and shift assignments
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Support management in reporting and operational planning


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role (preferably in hospitality or retail)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or relevant systems
