Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: inquiry, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and customize event solutions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping for seamless execution
  • Ensure all event orders (BEOs) are accurate and communicated to relevant departments


Operations Management

  • Oversee banquet setup, service delivery, and breakdown processes
  • Ensure compliance with 5-star service standards and SOPs
  • Monitor staff grooming, service etiquette, and guest engagement
  • Supervise event timelines and ensure punctual execution


Revenue & Cost Management

  •  Drive revenue through upselling (menus, décor, AV equipment)
  • Control operational costs and minimize wastage
  • Monitor profitability of each event


Team Leadership & Development

  •  Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews
  • Foster a high-performance and service-oriented culture


Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure personalized service delivery for all events
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores


Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor risk management practices during events

Requirements:
