Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: inquiry, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and customize event solutions
- Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping for seamless execution
- Ensure all event orders (BEOs) are accurate and communicated to relevant departments
Operations Management
- Oversee banquet setup, service delivery, and breakdown processes
- Ensure compliance with 5-star service standards and SOPs
- Monitor staff grooming, service etiquette, and guest engagement
- Supervise event timelines and ensure punctual execution
Revenue & Cost Management
- Drive revenue through upselling (menus, décor, AV equipment)
- Control operational costs and minimize wastage
- Monitor profitability of each event
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews
- Foster a high-performance and service-oriented culture
Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
- Ensure personalized service delivery for all events
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor risk management practices during events

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
