Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, restaurant, and bar
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead and manage all departmental teams effectively
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and regulations
- Maintain and enhance the hotel’s brand reputation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Asian/Middle Eastern hospitality standards
- Financially disciplined with strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Location: Takoradi, Ghana
Salary: USD 1,000 – 2,000 per month (based on performance)
