Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience Management
- Welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and ensure excellent customer service
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues quickly to maintain satisfaction
- Ensure rooms, lobby, and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards
Staff Supervision & Operations
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and service staff during assigned shifts
- Create staff schedules, monitor attendance, and train new employees
- Ensure all hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
Admin & Revenue Support
- Handle cashier duties, billing, and prepare shift reports
- Monitor room occupancy, bookings, and coordinate with reservations
- Support the Hotel Manager with inventory, supplies, and daily operations
