Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of salon staff.
- Ensure the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to salon policies.
- Welcome clients and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor appointments, bookings, and client schedules.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels of salon products/supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with inventory management and proper product usage.
