Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sachet water production and distribution.
- Supervise staff, monitor quality and hygiene
- Control inventory and production costs
- Coordinate maintenance
- Minimise downtime and wastage, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare operational reports, enforce company policies and safety standards
- Resolve problems promptly, and take full responsibility for factory performance and profitability.
