Venue Manager(Male)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the venue.
• Manage event bookings and liaise with clients.
• Prepare quotations and venue packages for clients.
• Supervise venue staff and event workers.
• Ensure the venue is clean, organized, and ready for events.
• Coordinate event setup, operations, and closing.
• Manage venue equipment, furniture, and inventory.
• Coordinate with caterers and other service providers.
• Handle client enquiries and complaints.
• Promote the venue through social media and other marketing channels.
• Visit corporate organizations to promote the venue and attract bookings.
• Monitor maintenance and repairs of the venue and equipment.
• Manage bookings, invoices, records, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare basic reports on bookings, events, and revenue.

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, customer service, or venue management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate events.
• Good customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Must be reliable, presentable, and proactive.
