Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Mall Manager in supervising the daily operations of the shopping mall.
- Coordinate with shop owners and tenants to ensure smooth business activities.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and security within the mall premises.
- Ensure tenants comply with mall operational guidelines and standards.
- Assist in resolving tenant and customer concerns professionally.
- Support administrative duties, reporting, and operational planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in mall management, retail management, facility management, or a similar role.
- Applicant must be from the West African sub-region.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
- Must be ready for immediate employment.
