Key Responsibilities
Retail Strategy & Sales Delivery
- Execute the retail distribution strategy in line with approved corporate strategy and budgets.
- Drive achievement of retail sales targets across all branches.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Support product, pricing, and campaign initiatives to drive retail sales.
Branch Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage Branch Managers' performance.
- Ensure effective supervision, productivity, and discipline of sales teams at the branch level.
- Standardize sales practices and performance management across branches.
Performance & Operations
- Monitor key sales metrics, including sales volumes, productivity, and persistency.
- Improve sales processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective rollout of sales incentives and recognition programs.
Leadership & Culture
- Build a performance-driven, customer-focused retail sales culture.
- Develop branch leadership capacity and support succession planning.
- Represent the retail function professionally across the organization and market.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (MBA an advantage).
- Insurance qualification (in CII, CIIG, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Proven experience managing branch-based or field sales teams in a regulated environment.
Location: Head Office, 3 VCRAC CRABBE Street, Tessano.
Salary Range: GHS 6,000-8,000 (Net Salary)
