Provide strategic and operational leadership to the school community relationship. i.e Teachers and Staff Members. Ensure high standard of compliance with educational policies , success of academic programs and activities of the school.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or Management from a recognized institution.
- A Masters’ degree in Educational Administration or MBA from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress or in a school leadership role (Education Management)
- Professional certification in the teaching profession required.
- Must have at least 5 years teaching experience.
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Working knowledge of current curriculum and instruction. Montessori, GES & Cambridge preferred.
- Commitment to creating a productive educational experience.
- Proven history in improving teacher performance.
- Ability to manage budgets allocated for the term.
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel , required.
- Report writing skills required.
