Job Description/Requirements
- Introduce the company’s products and services to prospective clients to drive customer acquisition
- Identify and profile potential source-deduction companies and present them to management for evaluation.
- Enter and update applicants’ information accurately in Sycasane.
- Conduct workplace visits to verify client identity and prevent impersonation.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote and market business loan products to individuals and groups.
- Monitor clients’ loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and compliance.
- Verify and sight all original documents submitted by loan applicants.
- Provide clients with regular updates regarding their loan repayment status.
- Deliver presentations to employees or groups within various companies when required.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports to management.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Branch Manager as needed.
- Must have at least 1 year working experience in Business Development.
- Must have a Degree or a Diploma.
