Office / Client Service Assistant
Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Office / Client Service Assistant to help attend to customers, manage basic office tasks, and support daily operations at our print shop.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Welcome customers and attend to their printing enquiries
- Receive job details from clients and pass them to the design/production team
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic emails
- Issue receipts, invoices, and keep simple records
- Follow up with customers on job status and collections
- Keep the office/front desk neat and organised
- Minimum SHS graduate
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, WhatsApp, email)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, respectful, and punctual
- Previous office or customer service experience is an advantage but *not required*
- Salary: GHS 800 – GHS 1200 per month (based on experience)
- Overtime allowance when applicable
- On-the-job training
