Job summary

As a customer service officer, you're responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering their enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. You're the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with other departments to ensure the timely resolution of issues. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services. You’ll help ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Join us and play a key role in building customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Uphold company standards of service excellence in every interaction


Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Certificate or equivalent; a diploma or degree is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency
