The TC Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Travel Centre across all three locations (Ashaiman, East Legon, and Kaneshie), ensuring efficient service delivery, effective team coordination, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the Travel Centre team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely handling of client requests.
- Monitor ticketing, bookings, and reservations to ensure accuracy.
- Support and guide team members to achieve departmental targets.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in ticketing and reservations within a travel agency or airline.
- Proficiency in at least two Global Distribution Systems (GDS) — Amadeus is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
