Abrantie College of Cosmetology

Abrantie College, established in November 2007, is a creative arts training institution located in Accra, Ghana. We offer various programs under three major educational categories: formal, non-formal, and informal, spanning five academic departments, including Hair Technology, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Catering & Hospitality, and Fashion & Design. The college is fully accredited by Ghana TVET Service (GTVETS), Ghana Education Service (GES) and Technical Exams Unit (TEU) and Commission for TVET. It is also professionally affiliated to GNAPVTI, GNAGM, PCABAG, ACSG and ASSI. We are affiliated to Accra Technical University which has given our students a smooth transition to the Technical University for further studies in HND and/or BTECH. Abrantie College is proud of its non-discriminatory policy, accepting students of all backgrounds, and ensuring that the courses cater to their needs and career objectives. Abrantie College also places a significant emphasis on real-world exposure, organizing internships and outreach programs. The college has trained over 10,000 practitioners since its establishment, with many graduates managing their own salons, fashion shops, and beauty centers. Some are leading industry players working in various educational outfits and companies. The college has received over fifteen (15) awards and achievements over the years, including the establishment of the Abrantie Runway show, which provides students the platform to showcase their creativity and innovations to the public
