- Carry out assigned tasks efficiently and within required timelines
- Minimum of 1–2 years proven experience in secretary or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communication Skills
- Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of discipline, professionalism, and responsibility
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Confidence, persuasion skills, and ability to engage clients
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
