The Client Manager serves as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional client experience while managing customer orders from enquiry to delivery. The role combines relationship management, sales, order coordination, and showroom operations to ensure excellent service and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels.
- Coordinate orders with the production team and monitor timelines.
- Provide proactive updates throughout the customer journey.
- Develop repeat business through direct client outreach and relationship management.
- Maintain the showroom by steaming garments, organizing stock, and ensuring visual presentation.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide styling recommendations.
- Support brand representation during customer engagements and social media content where required.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.

- Confident, professional, and decisive communicator.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Able to sell naturally through expert advice.
- Well-groomed and capable of representing the brand online and in person.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Comfortable using Shopify and business applications (training provided).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
