- Attend to walk-in and online customers
- Manage WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries
- Support jewelry inventory recording and organization
- Assist with packaging and daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and professional client service
Requirements:
- Honest, organized, and responsible
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Basic smartphone/computer skills
- Previous retail or jewelry experience is an advantage
