Job descriptions & requirements
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Willing and able to work the rotational Saturday shift (9:00am–1:00pm), on top of Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. This is a firm requirement — if you cannot commit to it, this role is not for you.
- Able to work on-site at our Kokomlemle office in Accra. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Living within Greater Accra with a realistic daily commute matters for the long haul.
- Clear, warm written and spoken English — you will be writing to customers every day.
- Genuine empathy and patience, especially with people who are stressed or upset.
- Comfort with computers, email, and messaging tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- One to two years of customer-facing experience (call centre, front desk, reception, retail service, hospitality, or similar) is the sweet spot — but mindset matters most, and we welcome people early in their careers.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn broadband, Wi-Fi, and VoIP concepts.
- A short, affordable commute to Kokomlemle, which tends to make the job more sustainable over time.
- Any level of completed education from SHS upward is welcome; a degree is not required.
Why This Role Might Be Right For You
- You genuinely like helping people and can stay warm even when a customer is not.
- You want to start or build a career in customer service — this is an entry-level seat where mindset and communication grow into real skills.
- You are reliable, punctual, and accountable, and you want a stable team to belong to.
- You are curious and happy to learn technical concepts on the job.
- You live within Greater Accra with a manageable commute to Kokomlemle.
- Compensation is competitive, aligned to market for an entry-level position.
Why This Role Might Not Be Right For You
- You cannot work the rotational Saturday shift. This is required, and applications that can't commit to it will not move forward.
- You need remote or hybrid work. This role is fully on-site at Kokomlemle.
- You live far outside Greater Accra — a long or costly daily commute makes this office-based role hard to sustain.
- You are looking for a senior or technical role. This is a junior, people-first support seat, not an engineering job.
- You prefer scripted, hands-off work — this role is about real, human conversations all day.
What The Process Looks Like: After you apply, the stages are: a short online screening call (10–15 minutes), a structured in-person interview, and reference and background checks before any offer. We are interviewing immediately and hoping to fill this soon.
